Author’s Guidelines
The authors are expected to adhere the following guidelines while submission to JIARM: The submitted manuscripts should be an original piece of work and it should not be under concurrent considerations to any other journals/publishers. If authors reproducing their own published contents/conference papers, it is mandatory to enclose permission letter from the publisher/conference convener. Authors are responsible for the content of manuscript and accuracy of all references.
All new submissions are advised to follow the APA style in formatting the manuscripts (Further details check APA publication manual 6th edition). And the manuscripts are liberalized to choose whatever the design suits to the work or interest of authors. It is expected from the authors to prepare readers friendly manuscripts.
Every manuscript should have an abstract (250 words) with proper keywords (4 to 7 keywords).
Points to Remember
ESSENTIAL TITLE PAGE INFORMATION
- Title page:
The title page should contain the following information:
- Title of the article;
- Complete name(s) of author(s),
- Institutional affiliation(s) with proper email id
- Mailing address
- Mobile Number
- Well- summarized an abstract of 100 to 200 words;
- Manuscripts should not exceed more than 20 pages in A4 format.
- Times New Roman 12 with the space of 1.5.
- If the Tables/figures are big in size, place it at the end of manuscript and authors can use landscape.
- If footnotes are used then it should be placed at the end of document.
- Authors are advised to submit manuscripts free from plagiarism.
- The contents/views of the manuscripts should not harm any individual’s/communities sentiments.
Abstract
A concise and factual abstract is required. The abstract should state briefly the purpose of the research, the principal results and major conclusions. An abstract is often presented separately from the article, so it must be able to stand alone. For this reason, References should be avoided, but if essential, then cite the author(s) and year(s). Also, non-standard or uncommon abbreviations should be avoided.
Keywords - Manuscript should have at least 4 to 7 words
Body of the manuscript
The body of manuscript can adopt any style that suits to the research or by the interest of researcher. The same time it is expected from the authors to acknowledge certain basic information like statement of the problem, importance of study, objectives, minimum of 10 reviews (should not repeat the similar kind of reviews), period of study, methods used, hypotheses, results, implication of the study and conclusions.
References
List: References should be arranged first alphabetically and then further sorted chronologically if necessary. Engineering & technology manuscripts are advised to follow the IEEE styles and others are expected to follow the APA style.
